王凯博士是北京师范大学教师教育研究中心博士后。2019年博士毕业于比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学。主要研究领域为教学设计、创新教育、教育信息化等。近几年主要关注互联网慕课资源+传统教学改革以及数字化平台建设。先后参与多项欧盟伊拉斯谟科研课题，参与撰写项目著作，在国外SSCI检索期刊和国内期刊发表多篇学术论文。
