Center for Teacher Education Research (CTER) of Beijing Normal University is a National Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences in China which is responsible for academic research, policy consultation, and practical development in classrooms and schools. Since its establishment in 2004, CTER has successfully developed and established teacher education as an academic discipline, and advanced the science of teacher education in China.
During the past 16 years, CTER is unwittingly dedicated to fulfilling its callings, pioneering a discipline field for teacher education and now right on track to the science of teacher education. In this sense, on behalf of my colleagues in CTER, I would like to extend our gratitude to everyone from all walks of life that once gives us attention, support and help! With the TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves Mission) culture of IMPACT (International, Mission, Professional, Action, Cooperation, Transformation), we will continue to commit ourselves to promoting CTER as a world-class institute renowned for its excellence in teacher education research and keep practicing the spirit of “Inspiring Teachers with Integrity and Vision”.
