Dr. Guo Jianwen is a postdoctoral fellow at the Teacher Education Research Center of Beijing Normal University. He graduated from Central University for Nationalities with a PhD in 2021. His main research fields are teacher education, basic theories of education, and ethnic education. In recent years, he has mainly focused on research related to the construction of a high-quality teacher training system. He has participated in multiple scientific research projects, contributed to the writing of project works, and published more than 30 academic papers in academic journals.
