Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, teachers' work has been attached great importance, which has endowed teachers' work with new era connotation. In the past ten years, the quantity and quality of teacher team construction have been improved year by year, and the "success code" of high quality teacher team development is put forward.  To cultivate high quality teachers, we need to adhere to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China over the construction of teachers. The construction of theachers also need act in accordance with the scientific laws,  following the regulations of teaching and educating. We also need to make good use of the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics -- put people as the center, centralize resources to accomplish major undertakings, and formulate policies in cooperation.
